Order Confirmation, Processing, and Shipping:

Delays Due to Uncontrollable Events:

Although such delays are beyond our reasonable control yet we are apologetic for the inconvenience caused to you. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you. In case a wrong address is provided by the customer, then we will not attempt to re-ship the shipment and the customer will have 24 (Twenty-Four) hours to correct the address or make changes to the order.

Notification of Delay:

Unreceived Order:

If you do not receive your order within the scheduled shipping deadline from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@macchiaco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter for you.

Delivery of Damaged or Defective Order:

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, then please email us at support@macchiaco.com as soon as possible and within 7 (Seven) days from the delivery. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition, and a receipt or proof of purchase in the email. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The customer must keep the ordered item unused and in the same condition as received and it must be in the original packaging.
