At Macchiaco, we recognize that items can be damaged during shipping, that you might not enjoy the purchase, or that you might want to return an item for a prompt refund. You can reach us at support@macchiaco.com to start the process. Otherwise, you may click the Create a return label button on the Order page or make use of our newly designed Returns Center. We will promptly reimburse purchases as soon as the short and simple requirements listed on our Refund policy page are fulfilled. Throughout this procedure, our customer service team will answer any questions you may have.

Thanks for choosing to purchase from us, we appreciate your business. After an order is made a confirmation will be sent via email. Allow the time frame stated in our Shipping Policy to process the order. Once the order is processed a tracking number will be sent via email for order tracking.

Congrats on another stellar purchase! We understand that there are days when you may not be at home to receive a delivery. The courier holds the discretion to leave the package in a safe location, leave a door tag or return the package. If the package is returned, please reach out with an email to support@macchiaco.com for further assistance.

In the inconveniencing event of a faulty product arrival, please contact us at support@macchiaco.com immediately and attach the order number.

After the refunded item is received by us, the processing will take 2 - 5 business days for completion.

After the item has been successfully delivered, customers have 30 days to return.

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us promptly with the order number and the changes needed within 1 hour after the order is placed. We cannot guarantee changes will be made.

Congrats on your future savings! Valid discount codes can be entered at the checkout page. Input code where it reads "Discount Code" and click "Apply". The discount will be applied if discount conditions are met.

Macchiaco currently ships to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Our 30 Day Return policies applies as well.
