To return an item simply contact us at support@macchiaco.com to start the process. Once the quick & easy requirements are met as stated on our Terms of Service page, we will refund purchases immediately. Our customer care team will assist with all questions during this process.

The courier holds the discretion to leave the package in a safe location, leave a door tag or return the package. After the refunded item is received by us, the processing will take 2 - 5 business days for completion.

After the item has been successfully delivered, customers have 30 days to return.
