How should an item be returned?
At Macchiaco, we recognize that items can be damaged during shipping, that you might not enjoy the purchase, or that you might want to return an item for a prompt refund. You can reach us at support@macchiaco.com to start the process. We will promptly reimburse purchases as soon as the short and simple requirements listed on our Refund policy page are fulfilled. Throughout this procedure, our customer service team will answer any questions you may have.
How do I track my order?
Thanks for choosing to purchase from us, we appreciate your business. After an order is made a confirmation will be sent via email. Allow the time frame stated in our Shipping Policy to process the order. Once the order is processed a tracking number will be sent via email for order tracking.

How do I sign up for rewards?
Thanks for your interest to signing up for our rewards program!
1. PC / Desktop sign-up: Left Click the "Register" button top right of the page. Fill-out the necessary information. When the account is created, 50 reward points will be given.

How long does delivery take?
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for all the details pertaining to shipping and delivery.
What happens If I am not at home when my package arrives?
Congrats on another stellar purchase! We understand that there are days when you may not be at home to receive a delivery. The courier holds the discretion to leave the package in a safe location, leave a door tag or return the package. If the package is returned, please reach out with an email to support@macchiaco.com for further assistance.
How do I customize an item or add a request for an order?
Thanks for your business! After adding your item to cart, a Shopping cart menu pops out. Right above the Subtitle, there is a notepad with a pencil icon. Click that icon to add remarks, notes or requests for your order. You can also email us at supports@macchiaco.com with your request. We usually respond within 24 hours! Cheers!
What happens if I receive a faulty product?
In the inconveniencing event of a faulty product arrival, please contact us at support@macchiaco.com immediately and attach the order number.
How long does it take to process my returns?
After the refunded item is received by us, the processing will take 2 - 5 business days for completion.
How much time do I have to return an item after purchase?
After the item has been successfully delivered, customers have 30 days to return.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us promptly with the order number and the changes needed within 1 hour after the order is placed. We cannot guarantee changes will be made.
Where do I enter discount codes?
Congrats on your future savings! Valid discount codes can be entered at the checkout page. Input code where it reads "Discount Code" and click "Apply". The discount will be applied if discount conditions are met.
Do we ship overseas?
Macchiaco currently ships to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Our 30 Day Return policies applies as well.
