Delivery of Damaged or Defective Order:

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, then please email us at support@macchiaco.com as soon as possible and within 7 (Seven) days from the delivery. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition, and a receipt or proof of purchase in the email. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The customer must keep the ordered item unused and in the same condition as received and it must be in the original packaging.

How to easily brew tea with amHomel tea mug?

1.Add moderate amounts of tea(depend on the tea strength you want) to the filter.

2.Put infuser in the tea mug and wash tea leaves ( pour boiling water over the leaves and uses it to wash the pitcher and the cups and then dump them.) Then pour hot water.
