Order Confirmation, Processing, and Shipping:

After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation message or email. At this stage, please spare us some time for processing the order. Once the order processing is completed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Commencement of Shipping Time:

The shipping time shall commence from the date the order will be shipped by us and not from the date of placing an order by the customer from us.

Order Processing on Weekends and Holidays:

The orders will not be processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays by us.

Delay in Order Processing or Shipping Time:

The order processing or shipping times may be delayed when we are experiencing a high volume of orders or due to the COVID-19 situation or delay of shipments due to customs department or other reasons.

Delays Due to Uncontrollable Events:

The expected order delivery date or shipping time schedule may be extended due to a wrong address provided by the customer or due to delays in clearance procedures by the customs or other reasons. Although such delays are beyond our reasonable control yet we are apologetic for the inconvenience caused to you. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you. In case a wrong address is provided by the customer, then we will not attempt to re-ship the shipment and the customer will have 24 (Twenty-Four) hours to correct the address or make changes to the order.

Notification of Delay:

In case of a significant delay in the order processing time, we will notify you of the same through our email support@macchiaco.com.

Unreceived Order:

If you do not receive your order within the scheduled shipping deadline from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@macchiaco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter for you.

Delivery of Damaged or Defective Order:

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, then please email us at support@macchiaco.com as soon as possible and within 7 (Seven) days from the delivery. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition, and a receipt or proof of purchase in the email. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The customer must keep the ordered item unused and in the same condition as received and it must be in the original packaging.
