In case a wrong address is provided by the customer, then we will not attempt to re-ship the shipment and the customer will have 24 (Twenty-Four) hours to correct the address or make changes to the order.

Delivery of Damaged or Defective Order:

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, then please email us at support@macchiaco.com as soon as possible and within 7 (Seven) days from the delivery. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition, and a receipt or proof of purchase in the email. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The customer must keep the ordered item unused and in the same condition as received and it must be in the original packaging.
