Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Macchiaco LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned affiliate (“Affiliate”).

1. Enrollment

Affiliate participation in the Macchiaco Affiliate Program is subject to Company approval.

2. Commission

Affiliate will receive 8% of the net sales price (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns) from qualified purchases made through their unique affiliate links.
Payments will be made monthly, within thirty (30) days following the end of each month, provided commissions exceed $50. Unpaid balances will roll over to the next month.

3. Tax Reporting

U.S.-based affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws.
A Form 1099-K will be automatically submitted by Company on behalf of U.S.-based affiliates when required by law.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliate shall not promote, advertise, or place links for Macchiaco products on websites or platforms containing:

Casino or gambling content
Adult or sexually explicit content
Tobacco-related content
Firearms, weapons, or violent content

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

6. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer–employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

By enrolling in the program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms above.
